*** Just paper trades to test my sync with markets ***

 

Market Commentary & Trade Log:

1. Daily in decline mode and NF in big trading range
2. NF opened at RN (7850) and sold off
3. Couldn’t capture sharp fall, as I waited for IR formation (There is good BPB short at 2^nd candle, with 8 point risk)
4. BOF of BRN happened, it is long tail pin bar... not comfortable, will wait for better trade setup
5. Trade 1: BOF of DO/RN short at 7844 with initial SL 7852
6. Moved SL to 7833 (above high of small range), once swing low broken
7. Moved SL to 7807, above PB high made after BRN BD candle
8. Exited with gain of 35 points
9. Will wait for range formation above BRN for further trade clues
10. Range is forming above BRN, but in vertical fashion J … I have no clue how to trade channels... will avoid as these seems vertical BW’s to me... not my cup of tea (if at all tradable)!
11. Trade 2: BOF of BRN long at 7805 with initial SL 7796
12. Trade 3: SAR’ed seeing price not accepting into morning range with initial SL 7804
13. Not confident on Short here took chance expecting many longs will have SL at this level (7797 is low of many candles)
14. It worked; went to PDL smooth
15. Moved SL to 7783; above PB high... as NF getting rejecting below PDL
16. Broken PDL as well, fluid exists below PDL... sharp fall possible
17. Moved SL 7763; high made before PDL BD
18. Exited at 7740 with gain of 54 points
19. Done for today

Market Commentary & Trade Log:

1. NF opened below PDL, TST to BRN and moving up
2. Will wait for range to form or PA at BRN
3. Rapid rejection from BRN as BOF, couldn’t find an entry as no TST/PB till BRN happened after BOFBRN broken finally;
4. will see if BOF long or BPB short
5. Didn’t get PB after BO, missed entry to short
6. Hesitated to take BPB short after TST, as risk is 14 points. Let’s if second chance provided
7. Expected some range formation here and missed BPB short entry
8. Trade 1: BPB short at 7794 with initial SL 7802 (just taking chance as risk is with in limit)
9. Sharply reversing from RN, moved SL to 7779
10. Exited with gain of 13 points
11. Done for today  

Points earned:  +13

 

PS: I guess 3M charts would have given clear signal and entry with minimal risk as I see 5M chart gave lagging signal today & trades coming with SL not in my limit.
