Market Commentary:

Pre Market View : Nifty may gap up in view of liquidity to PSB.

Look to buy if took support at PDH for other possibilities wait till Initial Range develops

9:32 AM : DO with in yesterday range; 1st candle acting as MC.. bias is down till BRN cleared.

IR formed (11101 - 11068). BPB of IRL is good short attempt PDL is 25 points away

On contra longs can be attempted only after price sustaining above IRH/BRN 11101

9:52 AM : IRL broken, but price immediately back into IR.. BPB of IRL setup not came..

Now will see PA at IRH/BRN 11100. Since BOF at other end happened, expecting BO of IRH will move

10:42 AM : NF unable to move upside, if sustain below DL…

short can be attempted as BPB of DL, FTA PDL

11:34 AM : Not comfortable with the way price broke DL.. pin bars.. Deep PB.. skipped it..

Later price climbed back into earlier range again..

Now BOF of DL long can be attempted above IRL where it got resisted earlier..

We can expect order flow of trapped shorts

12:03 PM : Skipped BOF of DL long setup as well.. Not comfortable with moves..

Will wait for PDL or DH to break

12:28 PM : Channel is clear now.. Placed alerts for 11100 (DH & BRN), 11043 (DL).

Away till sound notification. We may see sharp down move if sustained below 11040.

13:30 PM : Trade 1 - BPB of PDL short at 11031 with Initial SL 11042, FTA 11k 30 point away

13:46 PM : Exited at 11029 at cost, reversed after moving 20 points in favor

13:55 PM : Now all trapped shorters run for cover on sustaining above 11040…

BOF of PDL opportunity

14:00 PM : Oops.. no swing high after going above 11040… straight move.

Using VWAP on Trend Days

Off late i  started plotting VWAP on NF when ever i see NF making HH-HL, LH-LL 's i.e. in Trending mode.

In my observation VWAP offers good support, coupling with our DP's, specially MSP.. it lets us to enter into trade after a decent pull back happen.

I am attaching today's nifty chart for reference.
Make a note of this, this works well.

9:20 AM : DO above PDH and price sustaining above 11K

9:30 AM : Trade 1 :- BPB of BRN long at 11012 with Initial SL at 10998

9:53 AM : Moved SL to 11009 below swing low

10:21 AM : Moved SL to 11018, below swing low. Swing lows well respected so far.
Today going to be trend day?

11:03 AM : Moved SL to 11028, below low of consolidation range. If stop triggere...
Will look for long opportunity around MSP (VWAP as well at same price right now)

11:58 AM : Moved SL to 11037, below low of recent swing low leads to BO of congestion zone

12:07 PM : Moved SL to 11040, below low of BO candle

12:18 PM : Moved SL to 11047, below recent swing low after new high made

12:37 PM : Moved SL to 11060, most recent PB low

12:45 PM : Moved SL to 11070, price seems to be reversing.. Don't wanna give back more

12:54 PM : Exited with gain of 56 points

2:02 PM : Trade 2 :- BOF of MSP long at 11063 with Initial SL 11040;
trading with half of usual quantity as SL is big. Will add remaining position above DH

2:30 PM : Moved SL to 11047, below MSP

2:46 PM : Moved SL to 11065, break even.. Price approaching DH.. won’t add new position now..

Its already 3 PM

2:53 PM : Exited at cost

I am Back !!!

After exploring 3-4 TA Systems LIVE, what i concluded is none of them giving advantage in terms of early signal, easy way of trade management, less whipsaws & also with quality of third party of data providers we have.. it is not worthy risk to go for Auto Trading.. which is my sole objective of exploring TA systems.

So back to business... will continue with DP system itself.
