I focus on my target on monthly basis, which is currently net net 200 points.. some times market offers 100 points where you entered trade with scratch mindset.. some times your hit SL hit and market moves 100 points with out you.. nothing in our hands.
Our focus should be how much i gain in winning trades and how much i gave back in loosing trades.
do you feel bad for missing a such big move, I regret sometimes for not being such complete downtrend , how to control this feeling (Being missed) ?
